Ventanas San Mateo is comprised of over 30 acres of “dry rainforest” and jungle. It has a large amount of teak still planted on the property that is approximately 8-9 years in age.

The property itself is divided into 21 separate properties, all of which has gorgeous panoramic ocean views as well as views of the surrounding mountains and towns. It is 2 miles from the town of San Mateo and 4 miles from Orotina which is known as the “fruit capitol of Costa Rica” as well as the “gateway to the Pacific”.

The property is secluded and private and yet is only a 45 minute drive from San Jose. The area has been designed to provide maximum ocean views and yet still to preserve the jungle and lush green surroundings. This property will retain its original natural state and heritage of its surroundings.

Ventanas San Mateo is a turnkey development with several different options. ALL properties have building pads already in , complete with entrances. All roads are complete and utilities will be installed in the coming weeks…water electric and partial landscaping. Ventanas will offer security 24 hours a day. Maintenance of the homes and the grounds, while ultimately supervised by a Homeowners Association, will be completely turnkey. Total security and maintenance will be available to all. Options to rent the property to visitors will be available if desired and will be completely managed by an outside firm.
