The minute I arrived on the Ventanas site I knew I was home.

It began with the incredible views to the Pacific ocean and from that moment I was sold. This place has it all from the most amazing wildlife including monkeys and seldom seen birds to the many kinds of foliage including banana trees and mangos as well.

It is located in a little piece of heaven where I can go to escape and enjoy the beauty of this country.
I would recommend anyone interested in buying land to begin here at Ventanas, when you see it you will understand the magic it has...

Ventanas is a special place.   I have now been to the property five separate times and everytime I see something different.

It is easy to say that it is just an ocean view property or that it is set in a jungle.   but it is really much more than that.  It is magical.    I know how that sounds but it is true.    Ventanas is more than a simple piece of land.    It conveys the totality of flora, fauna and a special feeling that only a very few places seem to have. 

At the risk of sounding too "new age" I have talked to others about Ventanas and what it means to me and
( especially Ticos)  many people have places that have the same feelings to them.   For me it means, peace and tranquility.   It means that it is an island, an escape where I can come and enjoy the wildlife , the views and the surroundings. 

I also want to mention that the home I am having built there was designed by Rhonda and I have been to her home as well.   She has a special gift of being able to blend in the surroundings and the home into one.   Both she and Randy , in my mind anyway, are totally committed to making Ventanas  exactly what I have been seeking for years...
